Since 1997 Mary Sharon Moore, M.T.S., vocational consultant and active writer and speaker on topics of mature faith, has been touching the hearts, minds, and imagination of Christian men and women throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the U.S. with her warm, welcoming style, inspiring retreats, faith-evoking parish missions, and information-packed catechetical workshops.
Vibrantly Christ-centered, Mary Sharon believes that regular, prayerful relationship with God is the key to living as Christ lived--lovingly and generously for the sake of the world.
She has awakened faith within Christian communities and guided clergy, DREs, catechists, parents, young adults, empty nesters, seniors, and new and returning Catholics through retreats, workshops, and master classes for deeper life in Christ.
Mary Sharon's work is firmly rooted in the centrality of Christ, in sacramental spirituality and Scripture, in the Church's teaching, wisdom, and sacramental life, and in a rich prayer practice. Her work reveals her love and care for the Church.
Mary Sharon is a teacher of the powerful "Called & Gifted" workshop of the Catherine of Siena Institute, and teaches on topics of mature Christian faith, prayer and liturgical life, and charism and vocation discernment. She has a master's degree in Theological Studies from the Franciscan School of Theology, in Berkeley, California, and is an active spiritual director.
In 2008 Mary Sharon is pleased to celebrate ten years in ministry in the Church with a yearlong "you set the price" offer for all Bread for the Soul parish retreats, workshops, and parish missions.
